PARCELHUB GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITION
Agreement & Services:
- All consignments and documents carried by Elogistics Network Sdn Bhd ("Parcelhub") for delivery shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Parcelhub.
- The Sender is obligated to adhere to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of availing services from Parcelhub. In the event of any revisions to the terms and conditions, they shall be prominently available on www.parcelhub.com.my or can be obtained directly from Parcelhub's team.
- The Sender warrants that the shipment does not contain any prohibited goods and has been appropriately packaged in accordance with Parcelhub's packaging guidelines.
- Parcelhub shall refuse to accept shipments that contain prohibited goods. Such prohibited goods include, but are not limited to, items listed below. The list of prohibited goods may be subject to periodic updates by Parcelhub, and the latest version can be accessed at www.parcelhub.com.my.
- Items that violate any statutory prohibitions, export and import regulations, and/or customs laws of the countries of origin are strictly prohibited.
- Shipments that violate hazardous goods regulations, including but not limited to goods that are not fully compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
- Shipments that contain contents capable of causing detachment, injury, or infection to persons, or damage to the vehicle or property.
- Shipments that include cash or cash equivalents, precious metals, jewelry, precious stones, or other valuable items or securities are prohibited, unless expressly agreed upon by Parcelhub at its sole and absolute discretion or if the customer willingly assumes full liability for any potential risks.
- Shipments that contain weapons, firearms, imitation weapons, or any parts thereof are strictly prohibited.
- Parcelhub reserves the right to open and inspect the shipment without prior notice to the customer if it is deemed necessary for safety, security, customs, or regulatory purposes.
- Parcelhub shall not be held liable or responsible for the shipment of stolen, imitation, counterfeit, or illegal goods, including but not limited to phones, watches, luxury branded items, jewelry, etc.
- All shipments shall be delivered to the recipient’s address as stated on the consignment note, though not necessarily personally to a recipient named in person. Shipments to addresses with central mail departments shall be delivered to these departments.
- Parcelhub will make every reasonable effort to deliver the shipments according to its regular delivery schedule. However, Parcelhub shall not be held liable for any damage or loss caused by delays in delivery.
- In the event of an undeliverable shipment requiring return, the sender agrees to attach a corresponding return label as per Parcelhub's requirements.
- The Sender shall pay to Parcelhub the agreed-upon charges for the contracted services.
- All domestic and international shipments are subject to charges based on either the actual weight or the volumetric weight (calculated as L x W x H / 5000), whichever is higher.
- All rates indicated are exclusive of taxes, customs duties, and fees. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, and fees shall be invoiced to the Sender and are payable by them."
- All invoices shall be due and payable by the Sender, without any deductions or set-offs, within the credit period granted by Parcelhub.
- In an event if the Sender fails to make payment for any outstanding amount, Parcelhub reserves the rights to suspend services, charge interest on overdue amounts, and take necessary actions to address the unpaid balance.
- In the event of a dispute regarding the actual weight or the calculation of volumetric weight, the customer must provide proof in the form of pictures or videos to Parcelhub within 7 days from the invoice date. However, the customer agrees that the decision made by Parcelhub shall be final and binding.
- Claims for lost shipments must be submitted by the customer within 14 days from the date the shipment was picked up by the courier.
- Claims for damaged shipments must be made in writing within 48 hours from the receipt of the parcel. Failure to provide timely notification may result in the forfeiture of any claim for compensation.
- Claims shall be limited to a single claim per shipment.
- The customer agrees to fully cooperate during the investigation process and provide any necessary documentation or evidence. The required supporting documents for the claim submission are as follows:
- Photo/video of the external packaging: The receiver is advised to record a video before unboxing the parcel if the external packaging shows damage or signs of tampering.
- Internal packaging: Pictures or videos capturing the packaging of the item.
- The content: Clear documentation of the damaged part.
- Commercial invoice of the declared items.
- Parcelhub reserves the right to decline any claim request if the sender fails to provide the necessary supporting documents.
- Parcelhub's liability for compensating non-insured shipments is limited to the actual value of the item as indicated on the purchase invoice of the lost or damaged item or up to a maximum of MYR 200.00 per shipment, whichever amount is lower. The determination of the lower amount is based on comparing the market value of the item.
- Parcelhub can arrange extended liability through P Cover (shipment insurance coverage) for loss or physical damage of up to MYR 50,000 per shipment.
- Parcelhub shall not be held liable for any damages or losses that occur as a result of the sender's failure to comply with the packaging guidelines and safety requirements.
- Parcelhub shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage arising from circumstances including, but not limited to, natural disasters, war risks, acts of terrorism, nuclear damage, and others.
- Parcelhub shall not be liable for the loss or damage of original or official documents unless the customer willingly assumes the risk associated with posting such documents. Original or official documents include, but are not limited to, Malaysian Identity Card, Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Passport, Academic Certificate, Agreements, and legal documents.
- Parcelhub shall not be liable for items with fluctuating prices, wherein the item's value may vary based on market conditions, including but not limited to jewelry, antiques, paintings, drawings, and other items that lack a definitive price, as determined solely at the discretion of Parcelhub.

P Collect
1.
This P Collect Service Agreement is made and entered into by the customer identified as per registration for the rental of and services related to a P Collect at the Parcelhub outlet identified as per registration under the terms set forth herein.

Customer agrees that Customer will not use the Centre premises or any Centre services for any unlawful, illegitimate or fraudulent purpose or for any purpose prohibited by laws of Malaysia. Customer further agrees that any use of the P Collect (Virtual Mailbox) shall be in conformity with all applicable laws.
3.
This registration shall remain confidential except that this registration may be disclosed upon request of any law enforcement or other government agency, or when legally mandated. Upon request, Customer agrees to complete all necessary documents, including any required acknowledgement form relating to service of process.
4.
Customer agrees to make various payments for the P Collect services under this Agreement including extra storage fee and customized service fee. P Collect service fees are all due and payable quarterly in advance and Customer agrees that the Parcelhub outlets may hold parcel / mail and packages pending payment. There will be no refunds for cancellation of any service.
5.
Customer agrees to pay extra storage fee if any payment is not received within the purchased number of days when due.

Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Outlet is an independently owned and operated licensee of Parcelhub (“Licensor”) and that Licensor is not responsible for any acts or omissions of its licensees.
7.
As Customer’s authorized agent for receipt of mail, Parcelhub selected outlets will accept all mail and parcels. Further, in the event that damages or losses, whether direct, incidental or nominal are suffered by the Parcelhub selected outlets resulting from any execution proceedings levied against the Customer, the said Customer shall indemnify the Parcelhub selected outlets for all such damages or losses. Unless prior arrangements have been made, the Parcelhub selected outlets shall only be obligated to accept mail, or packages delivered by commercial courier services which require a signature from the Parcelhub selected outlets as a condition of delivery.

Parcelhub outlet shall provide the P Collect service with reasonable care and skill.
9.
Maximum size for the parcels will be 20kg. Parcelhub outlets reserve the right to charge extra for oversized. Pricing will be depending on the Parcelhub outlet.
10.
Customer agrees to set their parcel with the same contact number as P Collect account, parcel address as the outlet address and adding “VMB” at the end of their name. Parcelhub outlets reserve the rights to charge extra if customer failure to do so.
11.
All the parcels delivered to the Parcelhub outlet are held there at Customer’s risk. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage caused to parcels while it is being held at Parcelhub outlet.
12.
Perishable and prohibited items are not allowed to be delivered into our outlet. Failure to do so will held the parcel or mail at Customer’s risk.
13.
Notwithstanding clause 8 above, you are able to provide us with valid proof of delivery to our P Collect (virtual mailbox) point and value of the parcels. With that, the selected outlet may compensate you up to a maximum of RM 200 per parcel or mail.
14.
Parcels must be collected by customer within 30 days. Outlets reserve the rights to dispose the parcel or mail and impose additional charges for additional days if customer fail to collect their parcel or mail within 30 days.
15.
Any delivery of parcel or mail that is attempted outside of the outlet's working hours and is left outside an outlet or with a third party, we shall not accept liability for the parcel or mail contents
16.
Parcel or mail with no “VMB” at the recipient’s name gives Parcelhub outlet the rights to reject the parcel or mail.
17.
All the Parcelhub P Collect Subscription plan will be available to be used for 30 days including weekends and holiday. Any unused parcel count from the subscription plan will not be available for carry forward.
18.
Parcelhub management reserve the rights to amend or appeal these terms at any time. Customers continued used of P Collect Service will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
